Ahmed Ali

I’ve always been curious about people, places and what happens just beyond the obvious. That’s probably also why I was drawn to photography.

I work as a photographer, storyteller and creative impactivist based in Stockholm. My work moves between people, art and culture, music, events and creative projects. My background in social sustainability and participation has shaped the way I see the world and made me more aware of which people, perspectives and stories are given space — and which ones too easily fall outside the frame.

I’m drawn to the human over the polished, and to images that leave something behind to feel, interpret or discover.
